01 Who we are

This site belongs to AIRON Studio, a multimedia design studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about these terms, write to us through the Contact page.

02 Privacy and personal data

What we collect. Only what you fill in on the contact form: name, email, project type and message. There are no sign-ups or user accounts.

What we use it for. Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to carry out the project. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for advertising and we don’t add you to mailing lists without your permission.

Who else is involved.

• The form is processed by Formspree (United States), which forwards your message to us by email. By sending it, you agree that your data is transferred to that service for this sole purpose.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs technical data (such as IP address and browser) to protect the site from attacks, and may count visits anonymously and without cookies.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to reply to you or for the duration of our working relationship.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing through the Contact page, free of charge. Under Argentine Law 25,326, the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the authority that handles complaints about personal data protection.

03 Cookies and data stored on your device

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your browser stores two things, only on your device, to make the site more convenient: whether you chose light or dark mode, and the quote you’re building in the design rates tool, so you don’t lose it when you close the page. We never see this information. You can clear it anytime from your browser settings.

Some projects show videos with Adobe’s (Behance) player. That player loads from Adobe’s servers and is governed by its own policies.

04 Free tools

The tools (mural calculator, design rates, Unicode text and PNG converter) are free, need no sign-up and can also be used for commercial work.

• Reference amounts. The calculator and rate values are a reference to help you quote. They are not an offer from AIRON Studio or a mandatory price: every professional sets their own rate. Check the amounts before sending a quote.
• Your files never leave your device. Images and text are processed in your browser; they never reach our servers or anyone else’s.
• What you create is yours. The PNGs and texts you create belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you upload.
• The AI can make mistakes. The AI background remover may leave bits behind or remove too much. Always check the preview before using the result.

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranties. We do our best to keep them working well, but we are not liable for errors, losses or damages resulting from their use. We may change or discontinue them at any time.

05 Copyright and trademarks

The designs, illustrations, murals, photos, videos and texts published on this site are the work of AIRON Studio or its clients and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723. Client brands and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown as part of the portfolio.

• You can share links to this site and mention the work crediting AIRON Studio.
• You need permission to copy, modify, sell or commercially use the images or texts. Ask through the Contact page.

Third-party software and resources. The AI background remover uses ONNX Runtime Web (Microsoft, MIT license) and the U²-Netp model (Xuebin Qin et al., Apache 2.0 license); see the AI licenses. The Anton, Instrument Sans and IBM Plex Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

06 Advertising

The strip of logos labeled “Advertising” (on the home page, on the tools and above the footer of other pages) is an advertising space. Each logo links to that advertiser’s website, which opens in a new tab.

Those sites belong to third parties: we don’t control their content or privacy policies, and we are not responsible for the products or services they offer. A brand advertising here doesn’t mean AIRON Studio endorses it.

The links carry a source tag (“utm_source=aironstudio.com.ar”) so the advertiser knows the visit came from this site. No cookies are used and none of your data is shared with advertisers.

07 Changes to these terms

We may update this page when something about the site or the law changes. The date of the last update is shown above.
